Renting a car in Baku takes four steps and about ten minutes of your attention. No account, no prepayment, no printed vouchers — here is the whole process as it actually happens.
Step 1 — Pick a real car
Open the live fleet: every listing is a specific vehicle with its model year, gearbox (all automatic), seats and today’s daily price — economy from 55 AZN, business from 95, SUVs from 100, minivans from 220. What you pick is what arrives.
Step 2 — Send dates and documents
Message us on WhatsApp (+994 50 999 77 99) with pickup and return times, plus photos of your passport or ID and driving licence (2+ years held; driver age 23–65; Latin-script licences accepted as they are — details in the licence guide).
Step 3 — Get one clear confirmation
We reply with the exact car, the total for your dates, the refundable deposit (from 200 AZN, depending on the car and driver age) and the delivery point. That number is final — insurance, delivery, a second driver and GPS are already inside. Booking costs nothing; changes and cancellation are free with 2 days notice.
Step 4 — Meet the car
We deliver anywhere in Baku or to GYD arrivals, free. Ten-minute walk-around together, signatures, keys. You pay at pickup — cash, card or transfer. At return we inspect together and the deposit comes straight back when there are no accidents or fines.
