Model Jodie Kidd was shocked by a million volts while filming a Kia commercial. The flagship Kia EV9 electric crossover turned out to be very dynamic – the top version of the model is equipped with a twin-engine power plant with a capacity of 385 horsepower and a 99.8 kilowatt-hour battery. To demonstrate the potential of its model, the South Korean automaker decided on a risky stunt and attracted the well-known British model and TV presenter Jodie Kidd, who received a million-volt electric shock, to advertise.
The girl was dressed in a suit of chain mail, which played the role of a Faraday cage, which protected the body from the most powerful current discharges, and at the same time made it possible to get spectacular shots. On the set, Jodie Kidd releases electricity from his fingers, the source of which was the Kia EV9.
“Electric shock was one of the most horrifying things I have ever done, but it is quite an amazing experience. Few can say that their body passed a million volts and they could shoot lightning from their fingers! ”, The British model commented on the unusual advertisement.
