Audi has introduced the updated A3. With the transition to the 2025 model year, the entire A3 family has changed, becoming more comfortable and technologically advanced. The main change in the exterior design is the signature Singleframe grille, more angular air intakes at the front, and a new bumper and diffuser at the rear. The company itself says that the A3 now looks more stocky and sporty, and notes that the design of the restyled family is inspired by the RS-series models.
Audi updated the entire A3 family at once – both the sedan and the hatchback, and also introduced a cross-hatchback with the allstreet prefix into the European lineup. It has a blacked-out grille that sits slightly higher than the regular A3 Sportback, which Audi says “brings the A3 allstreet closer to the Q-series crossovers.” In addition, the cross-hatchback has increased ground clearance by 15 millimeters, basic 17-inch wheels (18- and 19-inch ones are also available) and other suspension settings. Both hatchbacks have a trunk volume of 380 liters, and with the second row seats folded – 1200 liters.
In the cabin, the design of the transmission selector and deflectors has changed, new lighting and decorative fabric inserts have appeared. The list of standard equipment includes an armrest between the front seats that is adjustable in length and angle, and contour lighting with 30 colors to choose from is optionally available. The seat trim uses 100 percent recycled polyester and microfiber, which is very similar to suede.
At the base, the updated A3 has a 10.1-inch touchscreen multimedia system with a built-in application store and expanded functionality, a virtual instrument panel, four USB-C connectors (two in the front and two in the back) and wireless charging for a smartphone.
Prices start at 35,650 euros for the hatchback, while the sedan will cost 800 euros more. A3 allstreet will cost from 37,450 euros.
