Audi Presented the Updated Crossover Q7 (PHOTO)

Audi has introduced the updated Q7 crossover. The new version gets a redesigned grille, corner vents and HD Matrix headlights with laser technology and customizable features. This was reported by the automaker’s press service.

What kind of car is this

The crossover is equipped with a 3-liter diesel engine in two power options: 231 or 286 hp. Buyers are also offered a petrol V6 with 340 hp. and a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 producing 507 hp. Acceleration to 100 km/h in a top-spec car takes 4.1 seconds.

Appearance

The base model Audi Q7 now features standard contrast stitching, 19-inch wheels, a high-gloss package with aluminum roof rails and a reversing camera with Parking Assist Plus, as well as new wheel options ranging from 20 to 22 inches in diameter.

The crossover received customizable optics for the first time. Her drawing can be selected from four proposed options directly from the multimedia screen. However, this is only available with the optional HD Matrix LED laser headlights and OLED headlamps.

In addition, these headlights offer enhanced visibility thanks to a laser diode for each headlight. It activates when the high beams are turned on at speeds over 115 km/h and works with 24 LEDs to “significantly” increase the beam’s range.

Cost and start of sales

Sales of the updated Audi Q7 are expected to start in the first quarter of 2024. The cost of the basic version starts from €79,300. The top version of the crossover will cost €112,000.
