An exclusive version of the new BMW M5 will be auctioned. We are talking about a one-piece version of Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance #1/1, which the company prepared specifically for car week in Monterey. In addition to being painted in the archival Frozen Orange color scheme, this M5 will feature interior trim and options worth $57,000.
BMW will show a unique version of the new M5 at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, in which BMW Individual took part. The sedan was produced in one copy and the only one received a body paint with the archival “metallic” BMW Individual Frozen Orange, which will be complemented by hand-applied orange accents on the wheels and golden brake calipers. The interior design is also non-standard: it uses extended Merino leather trim in Kyalami Orange/Silverstone shades, and it will not appear on the production M5.
In addition, the car was decorated with carbon fiber trim and 2024 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance logos – a total of $57,000 in options. Among other things, the equipment will include the Driving Assistance Professional package with traffic jam assistant and highway autopilot; Executive, which will add radiator grille lighting and front seat ventilation; Carbon – roof and rear spoiler made of CFRP plastic; as well as M Drive Professional, which adds two track profiles and raises the “maximum speed” to 305 kilometers per hour.
The unique BMW M5 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance #1/1 will be auctioned by Gooding & Company. However, according to preliminary calculations, the winner of the auction will be able to receive the car only at the end of October.
