The Geely concern has published the first official images of the new Starship 7 SUV, which will join the “green” Galaxy line. Technical characteristics have not yet been announced, but they were partially declassified back in September as part of the certification procedures. The market debut of the new product will take place closer to the end of this year.
The design, traditional for this segment of the Chinese car market, is complemented by an unusual bumper with an X-shaped solution and original headlights, which received stepped running lights connected by a diode strip. The light bar is also used at the stern, but the pattern of the lights is different. The dimensions of the crossover are 4740x1905x1685 millimeters with a wheelbase of 2755 millimeters.
The laconic interior of the Starship 7 was not completely deprived of physical controls: a set of buttons and a washer-regulator are preserved on the central tunnel. In addition, there are buttons on the wide spokes of the angular steering wheel. The front panel with very thin air ducts for the climate control system houses a large central screen, a small instrument panel and a pair of speakers. The specifications of the media system are not yet available.
