Hyundai showed a “night” version of the Palisade crossover. The flagship crossover was slightly refreshed for the 2024 model year, and a Calligraphy Night Edition with dark decor and rich equipment was added to its palette. As far as upgrades go, it’s a breeze: dual-zone climate control with anti-fog is now standard, while sun visors and ambient lighting are now standard on more affordable options. The “technique” remains the same.
The Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition features a very black exterior, with a black chrome grille surround, black 20-inch wheels, roof rails, door handles and even badges. The optics are also darkened. However, Abyss Black is not the only paint color offered for the “night” version. You can also choose Hyper White to contrast with the decor.
The interior of this Palisade features dark aluminum trim, and the seats receive original microsuede upholstery. The interior, unlike the exterior, is absolutely black.
Under the hood of the Palisade, depending on the country of sale, there is a naturally aspirated 3.5-liter G6DC engine, as well as 3.8-liter units and a 2.2 turbodiesel. The cost of the updated flagship has already been announced: it will be at least $36,400. And the “night” crossover was estimated at $53,600.
