As the “Last Bell” celebration approaches, some car rental companies and private vehicle owners are offering cars to graduates for entertainment purposes.
According to BAKU CARS, citing Oxu.Az and Xəzər TV, some advertisements state that a driver’s license is not required to rent a vehicle. The rental cost depends on the car model and rental period, with prices starting from 100 AZN per hour and 300 AZN per day. Such offers are reportedly popular among graduates.
The Main Department of the State Traffic Police has issued a strict warning, emphasizing that individuals who drive without a valid driver’s license pose a direct threat to road safety and may cause serious traffic accidents. The agency also reminded parents and vehicle owners of the administrative and criminal liability associated with handing over vehicles to persons who do not possess a valid driver’s license.

BAKU CARS Rent a Car Baku stresses that providing a vehicle to individuals who do not have a valid driver’s license or the required rental documents is unacceptable. The company strictly complies with all legal requirements and never rents vehicles to persons who are not legally entitled to drive.
“The safety of our customers and all road users is our highest priority. To complete a rental agreement, every customer must provide all documents required under car rental regulations and the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the company stated.

BAKU CARS Car Rental in Baku also urges parents and graduates to take road safety seriously and to avoid using the services of individuals or companies that offer vehicle rentals in violation of established legal requirements.
