The Italians showed an updated Panther supercar based on the Lamborghini Huracan. Designed by Ares Modena, the car is styled after the famous DeTomaso Pantera. She has an original carbon-fiber body, but all equipment is from Huracan. The V10 5.2 engine here develops 650 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. It is combined with a robotic gearbox and all-wheel drive transmission.
Supercar Panther Progettouno from the Italian studio Ares Modena experienced a rebirth. Now it is called Panther Evo, which quite accurately reflects the essence of the changes. In general, there are not so many of them: a slightly corrected stern design, other side mirrors and an ennobled interior.
As for the technical stuffing, it most likely remained the same: “aspirated” V10 5.2 (650 hp, 600 Nm), “robot” with two clutches and all-wheel drive.
The donor of all this is the Lamborghini Huracan. The Panther Evo differs from it in its original body a la De Tomaso Pantera and interior design. A careful eye will immediately notice a different steering wheel, seats, as well as a center console that has sheltered old-fashioned toggle switches and a modern touch panel. The transmission selector, stylized as a classic “mechanics” lever, deserves special praise.
It is known that the Panther Evo accelerates to the first “hundred” in 3.1 seconds, the maximum speed of the supercar is 325 kilometers per hour.
The circulation is not named, although the release of Progettouno was limited to 21 copies, and they were sold before the public premiere. The construction of each car takes Ares about a year, and according to various estimates, it costs from 500 to 700 thousand euros.
By the way, the studio has other interesting projects. For example, the Bentley Mulsanne coupe and the luxurious Land Rover Defender.
