Audi has shown a completely new A5 family, consisting of a sedan, an Avant station wagon, as well as charged versions of the S5 and S5 Avant. The German automaker says the new generation A5 will completely replace models from the A4 line.
The new A5 models are distinguished by a fresh appearance, made in the traditional style of the German brand – in front there is a wide hexagonal radiator grille with the same smaller hexagons inside. The rear lights, as in the previous generation A5, are made in a single design and consist of 60 OLED segments.
New media solutions have been used in the salons of the sedan and station wagon – the number of available screens has been increased to three. The 11.9-inch instrument panel and 14.5-inch central touchscreen can be complemented by a 10.9-inch diagonal passenger screen.
Previously, Audi presented the updated charged crossover RS Q8, as well as its even more powerful Performance version. The crossover became the most powerful production car with an internal combustion engine in the history of the brand.
