Nissan has updated the Qashqai crossover. The compact model has acquired a new appearance with a radiator grille in the style of samurai armor and has been upgraded in terms of finishing and equipment. For example, Qashqai headlights now have an adaptive high beam module; multimedia supports Google services; and the level of intervention of electronic assistants can be adjusted at your discretion. The range of power plants is the same – a mild hybrid based on the 1.3 turbo-four and the e-Power system.
The updated Nissan Qashqai should charm at first sight. It has a completely new appearance, with a radiator grille in the style of samurai plate armor and modified lighting technology. The headlights now have an adaptive high beam module, which is complemented by a smaller unit for a wider distribution of the light beam. This solution improves visibility at night or in fog. Just below the main lenses are daytime running lights. They consist of five tiny luminous elements, the shape of which is identical to the “scales” of the grid.
The shape of the lanterns has not changed, but their contents have been changed. Standard Qashqai wheels are 18 inches in diameter, although 19 and even 20 inches are available for older versions. The palette of body paints was replenished with three new shades: Pearl White, Pearl Black and Deep Ocean blue. The interior features expanded Alcantara trim and improved seat upholstery materials, including partially quilted premium quality genuine leather. Multimedia Nissan Connect now supports Google services, plus the complex of assistive systems has been seriously updated. For example, it became possible to customize the level of intervention of various assistants.
