DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RENT A CAR:

  1. Identity Card (or Passport); The renter’s age from 23 to 65;
  2. Driving License with a minimum driving experience of 2 years; but if the driving experience is less than 2 years, then we offer driver services.

RENTAL PERIOD:

  • 3 days at least with a 250 km daily max.;
  • The countdown begins from the moment of signing the Rent a Car Agreement and handing over the car;
  • Delay in the delivery of the car for 4 hours or more from the date of expiration of the Agreement is executed as an additional day and is obligatory for payment; The clauses of the Rent a Car Agreement cannot be violated and are mandatory.
  • Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer or credit card;
  • We work based on the full or partial prepayment, rent a car must be fully paid upon acceptance by the client;
  • Depending on the brand of a car, a minimum deposit of AZN 300 will be required as well. This amount will be returned to the client if there are no accidents and fines.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

  • Full insurance with a franchise (CASCO + OSAGO); Regular Official inspection.
  • Delivery and acceptance of the car at the address specified;
  • Additional driver;
  • Crossing the border is prohibited! The area of ​​movement is within the borders of the Republic of Azerbaijan only.
  • Free amendment and cancellation of the booking (must be indicated 2 days in advance).

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • At the end of the rental period, additional fuel is not paid;
  • Washing, parking and fines for traffic violations;
  • Damage to the exterior and interior (passenger compartment) of the car and tire damage.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND PRICES:

  • GPS Navigation System (based on Android) is provided free of charge;
  • Child seat (1-7 year-old) is also free of charge.

IT IS FORBIDDEN:

  • Smoking in cars: A fine is AZN 100;
  • Loss of car key: AZN 350 as payment for replacement;
  • Driving a car after drinking alcohol: a fine is AZN 1,000;
  • According to the Agreement, it is also forbidden to use cars for hunting and in terms of lack of good roads: a fine is AZN 5,000.

We guarantee all the rights of the client and complete confidentiality of information about him/her. The renter will be asked to review the Rent a Car Agreement in its entirety. After a preliminary and careful review of the Agreement, your order will be carried out and confirmed by your signature. If any clauses of the Agreement do not suit you, you can discuss them additionally with our Company.
