Europeans have chosen the best car of 2024. At the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS), which opened yesterday, the award ceremony for the European Car of the Year 2024 competition took place. The Renault Scenic E-Tech crossover, presented in September, was recognized as the best this time. The fifth generation Scenic with an all-electric powertrain scored 329 points.
The fifth-generation Renault Scenic is a five-seat electric crossover sharing a platform with the Nissan Ariya. It has a single-engine unit with a maximum power of 218 horsepower, a range of up to 610 kilometers and a 545-liter trunk.
The BMW 5-Series came closest to the winner with 308 points, followed closely behind by the Peugeot 3008 with 197 points.
