Bentley has updated its emblem for the fifth time in its history. The Winged B has changed for the first time since 2005 and only for the fifth time in the brand’s 106-year history. The new iteration of the emblem will debut on July 8: it will be shown live on the hood of a concept car demonstrating the style of future Bentleys. On the same day, the British will open the doors of a new three-story design studio at their headquarters in Crewe.
The new emblem is perhaps more different from its predecessors than ever. The essence remains the same, but the wings are noticeably pointed and enclosed in a thick outline. The feathers at the bottom have disappeared, and the letter B has become even more voluminous, with more pronounced highlights and shadows – Bentley has not picked up the trend for flat logos, which have become common in recent years.
Robin Page, the creator of the badge, notes that it is “cleaner, sharper and more striking than its predecessor.” Together with the concept, it “symbolizes the powerful, exciting future of this and its exceptional, handcrafted products.” The original Bentley badge was created in 1919 by Frederick Gordon Crosby. It was subsequently updated in 1931, 1990, 2002 and, finally, in 2025.
