Cadillac has unveiled a new “large” electric SUV, the Escalade IQL. This is an extended version of the traditional Escalade IQ, which is even longer than the “long” Escalade ESV with an internal combustion engine by 38 mm, Carscoops reported.
The Escalade IQL almost completely repeats the design of the regular Escalade IQ. The only difference is in the rear pillars – in the extended version they are more vertical, which makes it look more like an SUV than a coupe-like crossover. The SUV also received aerodynamic 24-inch wheels.
In the Escalade IQL cabin, you can immediately notice a single 55-inch display across the entire width of the front panel. It integrates both the instrument panel and the multimedia system screen. The sound is provided by the AKG Studio audio system with 21 speakers. The front seats are heated and ventilated, while the rear seats are only heated. Other amenities inside the SUV include a wireless smartphone charger, five-zone climate control, and LED interior lighting.
