Changan is introducing the redesigned CS55 Plus SUV to international markets. As in China, the export version is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and a robotized transmission.
In its home country, sales of the redesigned Changan CS55 Plus compact crossover began last September. The manufacturer itself considers this five-door SUV the next generation, although in reality, it is, albeit a major, yet another restyling of its predecessor, which has been in production since 2021. Regardless, the new CS55 Plus has now made its way beyond China – Mexico was one of its first foreign markets.

In terms of design, the export version is identical to the crossover for China. Compared to the previous CS55 Plus, the new SUV has a more solid appearance. The main design features are vertical headlights with C-shaped LED daytime running lights, a frameless grille, and single-piece taillights.
The interior is completely new, featuring a new dashboard, steering wheel, center console, door panels, and seats. Instead of separate screens, a dashboard consisting of various displays has been installed. The transmission is controlled by a steering column-mounted paddle shifter.

And good news for our customers! The new Changan CS55 Plus will soon be available in the BAKU CARS Rent Center fleet.
We continue to update and expand our fleet with modern, technologically advanced, and comfortable vehicles, so you can get the most out of every trip. Stay tuned-this model will soon be available for rental in Baku.
