Avatr has unveiled the interior of the new model. The cabin is equipped according to the formula used in other Avatrs. A long 35.4-inch display is installed in the front, acting as an advanced dashboard. In the center is a 15.6-inch multimedia system tablet. Two more screens on the sides transmit images from cameras that replace the side rear-view mirrors. A fifth screen hangs above the windshield – a digital rear-view mirror.
The central tunnel has built-in compartments for charging gadgets, a pair of cup holders and a hidden box for storing small items. The gear selector is located on the steering column. There are no handles in the door panels – they are replaced by buttons.
Avatr 06 will be offered in two versions – purely electric and hybrid. The first one in the rear-wheel drive version will develop 338 horsepower, in the all-wheel drive version – 590. The battery from CATL with a capacity of 72.9 kilowatt-hours will provide 600-650 kilometers of travel according to the Chinese CLTC cycle. Sales of the “six” in China will start in the second quarter of this year.
