A few weeks ago, we received a WhatsApp inquiry from a customer contacting us from the United States. They were looking for an SUV rental in Baku for six days and had several questions about insurance, mileage limits, delivery and rental conditions. Our team answered each question clearly and in detail.
The right SUV for their journey
As we discussed their plans, the customer explained that they needed a large, comfortable SUV for driving around Baku and Azerbaijan. Taking their itinerary and comfort into account, we recommended the Land Rover Defender.
Then came the real challenge: their rental coincided with the Formula 1 weekend in Baku.
Making delivery work during Formula 1
As race days approached, many streets in central Baku closed and vehicle access became heavily restricted. The customer’s address was in the city centre, where direct vehicle access was no longer possible.
This is where service matters. As the customer described in their review, Abdulla did everything he could to make the delivery smooth. He met them at the closest accessible point and personally helped with all their luggage.
With access to our office also impossible, the customer paid in cash. To save them another trip and valuable time, we handed over the Land Rover Defender without requiring a deposit at that moment. This was an individual exception for this delivery, made in response to the exceptional access restrictions.
For us, this is what professional car rental in Baku should mean. Visitors come to explore the city, travel around Azerbaijan and enjoy the time they have. Every minute matters.
A review that means a great deal to our team
What made this review especially meaningful was that it came from a Google Local Guide with 107 reviews. Seeing someone with that much experience on Google take the time to share such a detailed account of their car rental in Baku motivates our entire team.
Detailed reviews do not always remain visible. We have had cases where long reviews disappeared after publication. Fortunately, this one stayed.
Thank you for choosing BAKUCARS for your SUV rental in Baku, your Land Rover Defender rental and your journey around Azerbaijan.
BAKUCARS — More than a car. We take care of the journey.
