The first images of the next-generation Jeep Cherokee have been published. Its sales should start before the end of the year, but the official debut date has not yet been revealed. The range will feature fundamentally new hybrid powertrains.
There are only two photos so far. They are enough to understand: Cherokee has moved from the controversial design of its predecessor to the classic square-angular features of the brand. The model will remain in its niche between the affordable Jeep Compass and the large Grand Cherokee.
It is known that new hybrid powertrains will appear in the lineup. The STLA Large platform, which underlies the Cherokee, also includes purely fuel and fully electric options. It is possible that the mid-size Jeep will offer a full range.
