Aston Martin has unveiled a limited-edition Valour sports coupe with “mechanics”. The appearance of Aston Martin Valour is timed to coincide with the anniversary of the British brand, which celebrates its 110th anniversary in 2023. The coupe, which will be released in a small edition, received the canonical V12 gasoline engine without any electronic add-ons and a manual transmission. The “donor” for the novelty was Vantage, from which the chassis, engine and frame were borrowed. The design is made in the style of the original Vantage from the 80s.
Externally, Valour is reminiscent of another exclusive Aston Martin model, Victor, which was shown in 2020. The fact is that both the new Valour and the three-year-old Victor are inspired by the classic V8 Vantage, produced between 1977 and 1989. They are related by the design of the front optics, the design of the radiator grille and the characteristic shape of the hood. At the same time, Valour has original body panels and modern LED optics.
The sports coupe is powered by a V12 biturbo engine, the output of which has been increased by 15 horsepower, up to 715 hp. Unusually, it works in tandem with a six-speed manual transmission. Drive – rear. There are three driving modes, two sports (Sport and Sport +) and one track. Announced adaptive dampers, carbon-ceramic brakes and 21-inch wheels.
Inside, there is a compact screen in the center of the front panel, a digital “tidy” and chairs made using carbon fiber. Finishing can be made of leather, tweed or Alcantara.
The circulation of Aston Martin Valour will be only 110 copies – according to the number of years of existence of the British brand. Prices range from 1 million to 1.5 million pounds (about 117-175 million rubles at today’s exchange rate). Orders are already open.
