The first crossover from the IT giant Xiaomi was named YU7, CarNewsChina reported, citing the Ministry of Industry of China.
The first official photos of the new product have also been published. Externally, the car has retained the features of the SU7 sedan.
The model is equipped with two electric motors on the front and rear axles with a total power of 681 hp, which allow the car to reach a peak speed of 253 km/h. Electricity will be accumulated in a lithium battery manufactured by CATL, its capacity has not yet been disclosed.
The Chinese company announced that the electric crossover will hit the market in the summer of 2025.
