Jeep has begun preparing for the premiere of the restyled version of the Grand Wagoneer SUV, which is the flagship and largest model (except for the extended Grand Wagoneer L). Judging by the first visual materials, the SUV will receive a seriously redesigned front end. In addition, the Grand Wagoneer may become a hybrid for the first time.
Currently, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer looks quite traditional for the brand, but with the restyling, judging by the photo, its appearance will acquire a more technological character in the style of the electric Wagoneer S. The radiator grille of the SUV will become much more compact and instead of the usual slots will receive illuminated vertical slats, the lighting will completely change. A large air intake will appear in the enlarged bumper, and the model name on the hood will be replaced by a previously unused Jeep inscription.
In the photo, you can also see an additional hatch on the front left wing. According to one version, a charging port is hidden behind it. Accordingly, with the restyling, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer will receive a hybrid modification. The most obvious donor of units for it is called the gasoline-electric Ram 1500 Ramcharger, since the Grand Wagoneer partly shares platform components with the Ram 1500 family.
