Mercedes-Benz unveiled a restyled version of the EQS sedan. The German automaker has given its flagship electric vehicle a second facelift.
A steer-by-wire system, meaning electric steering without a mechanical connection between the steering wheel and the wheels, will now be available for an additional fee. In this case, a control column is installed in place of the traditional steering wheel.

The model has been upgraded to an 800-volt electric architecture. A new traction battery has also been announced: its capacity has been increased from 118 to 122 kWh, but the dimensions remain the same.
The Airmatic suspension pre-configures the shock absorbers for obstacle avoidance based on data from other Mercedes-Benz vehicles – the updated S-Class previously received a similar chassis.
As for the exterior, the sedan features updated bumpers, a different grille, and improved lighting, which is 40% more efficient than before.
