Toyota has announced an unusual premiere, which is scheduled for the January exhibition in Tokyo. This is a special modification of the RAV4 crossover called Dark Side Performance. It is officially described as futuristic and fantastic, but the company has not yet shared technical details.
Toyota RAV4 Dark Side should bring the design style of cars from anime and science fiction into the real world. To do this, the crossover has a redesigned front end, providing the RAV4 with many new angular elements, wheel arch extensions and additional aerodynamic parts.
The crossover is also distinguished by the active use of greenish lighting, which appeared both on the body and in the lighting equipment, and in the interior, which is additionally decorated with various carbon fiber overlays.
It is possible that the RAV4 Dark Side will be an electric car, since the crossover is equipped with a blind panel in place of the radiator grille. The new product is announced as a concept: it is not yet specified whether the production model can receive a similar modification.
