Ahead of the big premiere of new electric vehicles, which will take place on February 27 in Spain, Kia has published the first images of the production model EV4. As a concept, it was shown back in October 2023, but then only a sedan was presented. Judging by the new images, the production model will also receive a five-door version.
The Kia EV4 sedan captured in the photographs is practically no different in design from its conceptual predecessor. The model has retained an unusual silhouette with a sloping body line at the rear, an integrated spoiler and a characteristic shape of the rear fenders. The lighting equipment has also been carried over unchanged.
The front appearance of the EV4 hatchback is similar to the sedan, but the rear of the electric car has been completely redesigned. The five-door has original rear pillars, its own Y-shaped lights and a traditional fifth door.
Judging by the photos, the electric cars will have a “sporty” GT-Line version with differently shaped bumpers and different 19-inch wheels. Kia has not yet revealed either the interior of the future new product or its technical specifications, although it was previously assumed that both the sedan and hatchback would be equipped with a 204-horsepower engine combined with an 82-kilowatt battery.
