Nissan has published the first images of the updated Teana sedan, which it produces for the Chinese market together with the Dongfeng concern. The four-door will noticeably rethink the body design and, possibly, update the interior, while, according to AutoHome, no changes are expected in the technical part. The new product will be called Teana Plus and will enter the Chinese market in the fourth quarter.

Judging by the photo, the sedan will acquire a seriously redesigned front end, which will be redesigned in the current style of the brand. For example, there will be a different radiator grille with characteristic inserts along the edges, new lighting equipment and a more aggressive bumper. A “mono-lamp” with pixel graphics and an illuminated brand name will be used at the stern. New wheel disks up to 19 inches and an option for two-tone body painting will appear.

The design changes will increase the length of the Teana by 14 millimeters – up to 4920 millimeters, other dimensions will remain the same. There are no images of the interior yet, but it is expected that the sedan will be equipped with a new “digital cockpit” with an improved media system, which will allow offering new technological services.
