In 2003, the world’s first coupe-crossover was the Infiniti FX. At the Automobile Week in Monterey, the brand presented the QX65 Monograph concept. Stylistically, it echoes the model from the beginning of the century and will soon become a serial one. Under the hood, there will be a 2.0-liter gasoline “turbo four”.

The Infiniti FX, later renamed the QX70, lasted in two generations until 2017. The next coupe-crossover of the brand was a more compact QX55 based on the regular Infiniti QX50 crossover. Sales were a failure. The upcoming QX65 will try to repeat the success.
As you can easily guess from the index, the new product is based on the large Infiniti QX60 crossover. Note the stylish matte color, the complex pattern of the radiator grille and the glow of the parking lights. The concept sits on 22-inch wheels.

The most striking feature of the successor to the Infiniti FX is the side glazing line and the shape of the roof. The continuity is especially strong in them. The roof is painted black. A spoiler hangs over the glass of the fifth door, and an impressive diffuser is made in the lower part of the bumper.
